Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders securely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please review the terms and conditions of our shipping and delivery process below:
1. Order Processing & Timeline
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or official public holidays. Any orders placed during these days will be processed on the following business day.
In the event of an unusually high volume of orders or unforeseen logistical circumstances, slight delays may occur. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you promptly via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Shipping Rates & Calculation
Our standard shipping fee is PKR 250.
Depending on your specific residential area, city tier, and distance, shipping rates may slightly vary by approximately PKR 30 to PKR 50.
The exact delivery charge will be automatically calculated and displayed at Checkout once you enter your delivery address.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready to hand over to the courier rider upon delivery.
Courier policy requires that full payment be handed over to the courier rider before opening the parcel. If there is any issue with the contents inside, our customer support team is available to assist you in accordance with our return and exchange guidelines.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.
5. Package Inspection & Support
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with upon arrival, please take clear photos or a short unboxing video and contact our support team immediately so we can assist you.
